El Camino Real, Suite 105, Encinitas, CA, formerly operated by SpineZone.
This location will now operate as a Synergy Orthopedic Specialists physical therapy and rehabilitation clinic, offering the same convenient facility with expanded orthopedic and multidisciplinary rehabilitation services. By assuming the lease and acquiring key equipment from SpineZone, Synergy will continue to serve the Encinitas community and existing patients—delivering seamless continuity of care along with Synergy’s commitment to clinical excellence.
