We accept credit card payments for services performed by our facilities through this Site. Paying for services over the Internet requires you to provide your personal identifying information and credit card information. Your credit card information is not maintained on a web server following the completion of your payment transaction.

Refund Policy

All payments made to Synergy Specialist Medical Group are final.
Under special circumstances, If Synergy Specialist Medical Group owes you a refund due to an overpayment or credit balance, we will issue a refund after our billing department has verified the overpayment. Provided there are no other balanced owed to Synergy Specialist Medical Group, we will credit your credit card or send you a check, depending on how you made your initial payment.
