PA Beitter grew up in Alaska. She earned two Bachelors of Science degrees with honors from the University of Alaska Anchorage in Sociology and Psychology. She thereafter went on to commission and deploy with the Alaska Army National Guard prior to starting PA school at the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP) with the US Military. She graduated with honors from the program and merited a Bachelor of PA studies and Masters of PA studies. She continues to serve in the California Army National Guard today as a Combat Engineer Battalion PA.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, husband, and golden retriever Beau, as well as returning home to Alaska for camping, hiking, backpacking, and cross-country skiing.
